Electrical control system of double-inlet and double-outlet coal mill includes low voltage cabinet for control auxiliary equipment, electrical ear measurement device for controlling and monitoring material position and differential pressure measurement device. Low voltage PLC cabinet is the core of control system control and monitors, the mill operation through receiving the entire signal and transmitting the signal to center control DCS system by bus interface. With the ladder diagram program required by equipment production technology, according to the input command signal, PLC shall judge and logical process and send relevant command to make sure all the parts of mill operate efficiently. 

NHI double-inlet and double-outlet coal mill electrical control system with advanced automatic control equipment can achieve the following function; mill can operate safely and continuously around 300 days with no faults. During the running of mill, wearing parts can be filled in with mill non-stop, and mill can response fast according to load variation. Mill can realize double-inlet and double-outlet, single-inlet and double-outlet and semi-grinding according to the requirement of boiler load. More than 400 NHI production coal mill electrical systems are in safe operation in the coal-fire power field in Southeast Asia and North America.
