    Northern Heavy Industries participates in the first demonstration activity of themed reading for employees in Shenyang in 2025

    On April 2nd, the first demonstration activity of themed reading for employees in Shenyang was held at the New Era Employee Home of Shengu Group. This event is hosted by the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions and organized by the Municipal Machinery and Light Industry Trade Union. The event aims to fully build the "Bookish Union" brand, relying on the city's staff bookstores, leading the majority of employees to engage in reading, appreciate the spirit of craftsmanship in the new era through reading, transform reading and learning abilities into new quality productivity serving the revitalization and development, and lead the majority of employees to play a leading role in winning the decisive battle of the three-year action plan for comprehensive revitalization and new breakthroughs.

    In this reading activity, four employees of North Heavy Industries, with the title of "Calligraphy, Craftsmanship and Striving for a New Era", described the story of Chen Fuwen, a national model worker, and his team of big rotors who overcame difficulties and created the first 800 kilowatt qualified rotor in China, which stimulated the enthusiasm and innovation of employees.
